Return Conditions

After completing the selection of the products you want to purchase, you will be asked for your credit card information on the payment screen and this information will be securely transmitted to your bank and payment confirmation will be obtained.


If there are special payment or installment options applied to the card you use, they will be displayed on the payment page when completing your order.


You can change your delivery and billing address on the order page during purchase or in the My addresses section on the My Account page.


Your order will be sent by Yurtiçi Kargo. When it is shipped, information will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Shipping is free for all your domestic purchases from our website.


You can exchange all your purchases at Lady Gina stores by showing your invoice. When you want to return your products, you can go to the stores and get a gift certificate or a refund for the amount of the product you purchased.


You can create a return request for the undamaged product from the Request a Refund section on the My Account page. You can return the unused product with all tags on it using Yurtiçi Kargo code 971148735 .

Shipping costs for international order returns belong to the buyer.

    Special Conditions

    • When your order is delivered, you should open your package with the cargo officer, check the product, and if there is any problem, you should make a report and send the package back to ladyginacompany.com.
    • Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use are not accepted.
    • The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was received and to pay for the commercial loss resulting from use.
    • Returns of disposable products are not accepted.
    • The consumer/buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and understood the return conditions.
